Hitsory
Today and yesterday I learned about Revolutionary women and children. Abigail Adams never stopped telling her husband, John Adams, about how the women never had rights. But he didn't listen. Eliza Wilkinson home was invaded by british soldiers and she was forced to let her house be a fort to hide in. When Molly Corbin's husband was killed, firing a cannon, she kept on firing the cannon. Many women & children acted as spies, in taverns, listening to the soldiers as they served them beer. Women and children sure can be helpful in war.
