Paul

Paul recently mastered counting by twos, so today when we sat down to do math, I said, "Today we're going to start learning how to count by tens."

Paul said, "I already know how."

I didn't believe him.  I haven't heard him working on it on his own, even though he frequently plays with numbers in his free time.  (I have a child who frequently plays with numbers in his free time!)

So I challenged him to do it all by himself.  And he did.  This kid never stops surprising me.
